Fee structure is for out-of-pocket/self-pay costs:
Home Visit Initial (90min): $225
Home Visit Follow Up (60min): $175
Virtual Initial (75min): $175
Virtual Follow Up (45min): $110
If you have Medicaid: 50% off all fees
I will supply you with a superbill for submitting to your insurance for reimbursement. You will be responsible for self-pay fees. Insurance companies are supposed to cover lactation services under the Affordable Care Act (but sometimes don’t), please reach out to me if you are having trouble getting reimbursed.
FSA/HSA accepted
There is a $50 cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the appointment time. If you or someone in your household is ill, the cancellation fee does not apply, but you must notify me of cancellation in advance.
