Birth Doula Services
AREAS I SERVE
I am based in Baltimore, Maryland and will work with clients within a 30 mile radius in any direction.
I attend births at hospitals, birth centers, and home births.
WHO I SERVE
I believe that all births are natural births, and I support your decision to have an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction or a cesarean. What is important to me is that we feel comfortable with each other and can build a connection. I welcome partners and single parents of all races and ethnicities, of all socio-economic statuses, of all abilities, and of all religious and spiritual affiliations. I welcome people who identify as lesbian, gay, bi, queer, trans, gender nonconforming, gender fluid, gender queer and cis. I work with folks of all ages including teens. I also work with people with a history of trauma and mental health conditions.

Postpartum Visit: Within a week after baby is born, I will visit you in-person to follow up with how everyone is doing, discuss the birth, share memories, receive feedback and talk about any concerns. I can provide referrals and other resources you may desire.
WHAT I WON'T DO
Perform any medical procedures or provide medical advice beyond my scope of practice.
Place judgment. This is your birth and I will support you in every aspect.
Speak for you or on your behalf. All of the decisions are up to you. I am able to help you communicate with the medical team and provide information to assist your decision making.
Take the place of your other support person(s).
FEES FOR SERVICES
The total cost for birth doula services is $1,000*.
*I understand that doula services are generally paid out of pocket and are usually not provided by hospitals or covered by insurance. I believe that every birthing person deserves a doula if they want one. I am open to working with your budget to find a price that meets both our needs. Payment plans available. I am also open to trading doula services for other services such as home repair work, IT support, and natural healing services.
